I finally gave them a bad rating on google and they replied saying they were closed and not responding to any emails, calls, etc. After the bad rating they replied stating they notified all clients, which I never got a contact. I Purchased an 8 class pass which we all know was not cheap. All I want is a refund and for the studio to be fair to their customers. I cannot imagine how much money they have been sitting on which was suppose to provide services which had been unfulfilled. It’s fraudulent and stealing from customers. I would like a refund.
